Perceptions of an Intuitive Sensitive
by Ann Marie Work

For several months I have been witnessing what some call a phenomenon. As I look into
the aura, I see what I describe as little fibers. It began as I asked to be shown the key
element in determining what someone's weight will be. I had heard of substances that take
off weight during sleep and I wanted to know how that worked. I have never believed that
the main key was found in diet or exercise, since I know too many people who never
exercise and eat all the "wrong" foods, yet are normal or underweight. I
believed the key is a metabolic factor that science had not yet discovered. It was then
that I began to see these lines in people's auras.
For lack of a better term, I call them energy fibers. They appear to be short in people
who are overweight. The more overweight, the shorter the fiber; sometimes one-quarter inch
long. An average-size person or those who claimed that no matter what they did, they
stayed their perfect size, had energy fibers about three inches in length. A thin person
who has never been able to gain weight would have long fibers, averaging 6-8 inches long.
Over a period of time I have observed hundreds of people. Here are the conclusions I have
drawn.
I believe a three inch energy fiber is ideal. When an overweight person does something
to stretch his or her energy fibers three inches or more, the body automatically begins to
lose weight. When an underweight person does something to shorten his or her energy fibers
to less than three inches, they begin to gain weight. The following factors have a
definite effect on the length of energy fibers.
(Note: not all of these factors affect
everyone the same, which explains why some things are considered miracles for some people
yet do nothing for someone else.)
1. Aerobic exercise. It appears anything that oxygenates the muscles increases the
length of the energy fibers -- walking, running, biking, rebounding, etc.
2. Yoga. Anything that involves stretching and breathing seems to bring a stability to
energy fibers and either lengthen or shorten them depending on what is needed.
3. Food. Certain diets and particular foods have an effect on the energy fibers. There
are now many good books on this subject that can be of great assistance.
4. A very organized, structured, and grounded person usually has longer energy fibers,
and a change in diet or exercise works immediately for this type.
5. A sensitive person who is easily affected by others usually has shorter energy
fibers. Taking on energies other than your own can shorten your fibers.
6. All of the above work at a given time, but the effects will not be long-lasting if
you go off whichever program you have chosen. You need to be consistent.
7. If you use a pendulum, use it to help determine which things in your life affect
your energy fibers to give you the results you are looking for.
