What Symmetry means to me

Symmetry has been a quantum leap
in consciousness and spiritual growth. I was at a
place in my spirituality which boxed me in and
limited my results and growth. Over time
the techniques and concepts I had been using
seemed to wear out and become in-effective.
My ability to apply them was severely
limited and I felt in limbo. I was very
frustrated. I wondered if this was all there was.
I attended a Symmetry I class and
listened with new ears and allowed my
heart to guide me. I knew I would be taking
Symmetry II & III. I registered for the 7 day
intensive eager to make improvements in my
life. One of the things I learned is, as my
consciousness evolves I outgrow things and they no
longer support me. Instead of supporting
me, they can actually detract and suppress
me from the direction I want to grow. Like an
infant on baby food, eventually the pureed
food will no longer sustain the infant as
it grows and it will hunger for more. A change is
required to facilitate continued nourishment.
It was then I recognized I was in a
spiritual jam. In order to continue
nourishment I would need to evaluate what I was
doing, identify what no longer brings me joy and
take the appropriate action and follow my
heart.
For me, Symmetry is
the ultimate in conscious living, sacred loving
and soulful expression.
Every day I get to live without
limitation and regret! The natural rhythms of the
soul are powerful and when we restore them into
the full spectrum of our being, wonderful
and amazing things begin to happen! I invite you
to locate the nearest class and come
with new ears and the willingness to listen
to your heart! After the 7 day intensive I knew I
wanted to share this work with others. Since
then I have completed the course work for
Symmetry Instructor, Practitioner, and Minister.
Symmetry is truly a lifestyle free from
limitation and stagnation.
