  1. Place 2 drops of Peace in the center of the logo on the Nourish Life Disc.
  2. Spread the liquid over the surface of the disc (logo side up).
  3. Lay down or recline in a chair and place the disc on your navel (logo side up). Set a timer for ONLY 5 minutes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a very powerful attunement. Start slowly. At first ONLY use 2 drops of Peace on the disc and ONLY do the attunement for 5 minutes per day! Doing more too quickly can create a cleanse and discomfort.
