THE IMPORTANCE OF THE MENINGES: The meninges is the triple layer sack which contains the spinal and cranial fluids. Every time a person experiences a stress, it causes stress on the meninges. Much like twisting a rubber band with a pencil, the more the stress, the shorter the rubber band becomes. Eventually this stress shortens the spine, putting pressure on the discs and twisting the vertebrae, which in turn effects the nerves and neuro-transmissions going out to every part of the body. In addition, this stress is absorbed by the fascia tissue, diminishing and distorting the flow of energy through the meridian system which can lead to stress in the vascular system and eventually create stress in every part of the body that can lead to disease and degeneration. If the stress were released from the meninges, the body would more easily return to its natural state of harmony - a homeostasis of health and vitality. "Bottom line release the stress, and the body can more efficiently heal itself.
THE ATTUNEMENT To release the stress in the meninges, lay on your back in a comfortable position. Place one Full-Body Activator piece on each side of your rib cage for 5 minutes. Then move the Activator pieces, placing one horizontally above your head and one horizontally below your feet. Place an Emerald Vital Life Disc under your body below your belly button and place the other piece on your belly button. Place a Ruby Vital Life Disc under your body below your heart and the other piece on top on your heart. Place the Sapphire Vital Life Disc behind your neck and the other piece on your neck (throat area). Relax - breathe, focusing on releasing the stress from your body as you move into a peaceful, calm state. Do this for 15-20 minutes. (you may want to set a timer in case you fall asleep) Then remove all the acrylic pieces, sit up and take a deep breath. Continue focusing on Peace and the Breath of Life flowing within as you go about your day. Add Harmonic Liquids - Balance, Harmony and Peace to water and drink before or after the attunement.
